SMARTERWEATHER_ONBOARDING_AUTH
Set to 'required' to opt into OAuth 2.1 + PKCE sign-in and unlock account-scoped tools (API key minting, usage, billing). Unset, the bridge serves the anonymous discovery tools (get_plans, get_documentation, sign_up) with no credentials at all.

Override the target MCP endpoint for development or staging. Precedence: positional argument > SMARTERWEATHER_ONBOARDING_MCP_URL > package default.
